Questions
Before you switch
Can we change schedules from the mobile app?
Yes. Appointments can be moved from the Plannit mobile app by any user with permission to create visits.
How do I handle changes or urgent requests?
Drag the job on the calendar. With routing and GPS, you can see which team member is closest and send the urgent job to them; the customer gets a confirmation text.
Can I schedule a job over several days?
Yes. Drag the appointment across every day you want to book.
What does every plan include?
Scheduling and dispatching are on every plan, from the first day of the free trial. Routes and GPS start on Premium.
Can I block personal time?
Yes. Block time on your calendar for personal events. Other users only see it if they have permission to view other calendars.
