A pool season in Plannit

Openings to closings, without the clipboard

What changes across the season when routes, readings and billing run themselves.

  1. AprilOpenings booked

Every customer from last year gets an opening offer by email. Deposits arrive before the cover comes off.

  2. MayWeekly routes built

Recurring visits generated for the season, grouped by area, optimized for the drive.

  3. Each visitChemistry logged

pH, chlorine and alkalinity entered at the pool. Products added go on the record.

  4. FridaysRoute invoiced

One tap invoices the week's visits. Chemicals used are on the line items.

  5. OctoberClosings and renewals

Closing booked from the app; next season's contract offered in the same message.

Water chemistry

The reading goes in at the pool, not at the kitchen table

Technicians enter pH, chlorine, alkalinity and the products they added while they're still at the water. The customer's history builds itself, and the invoice picks up the chemicals automatically.

  • Readings and products per visit, per pool
  • Trend across visits, so a problem pool stands out
  • Chemicals used flow onto the invoice

  • Recurring visits for the life of the contract
  • Route order optimized in one click
  • Job status for every pool without a call

Quality control

Every pool done the same way, whoever is on the route

Checklists per pool, photos before and after, and notes that travel with the address. A new technician does the job the way you would.

  • Per-pool checklists: skim, vacuum, test, treat
  • Special instructions on the work order
  • Customer sees the visit report in their portal
Recurring contracts Weekly, biweekly and monthly plans generate their own visits and invoices; renewals take one click in October.
“Since we started using Plannit, our customer service has improved. Every client feels unique and important, and recognized among all the others.”

Questions

Before you switch

Can I log chemical readings for each pool?

Yes. Technicians enter readings and products added at each visit; the history stays on the pool's record and products flow onto the invoice.

Can weekly and biweekly customers share a route?

Yes. Each pool carries its own cadence. Plannit generates the visits and groups whatever falls due that day into the route.

Do openings and closings work like regular visits?

They are one-off jobs on the same calendar, quoted and invoiced like any other, with a deposit if you want one.

Do I need the paid plan for routes?

Route optimization and GPS tracking are included from the Premium plan. Scheduling, quotes and invoicing are on every plan, from the first day of the free trial.
