What is startup pricing?
If your business started in the last two years, contact us before you sign up. We set a special price on the plan that fits you, and it stays yours while you grow. No card is needed to ask.
Are there hidden fees?
Plannit has a no-hidden-fees policy. The only optional extras are:
- Additional users, $10 per user per month
- Two-way text messaging, $25 per month including 250 SMS
- Online payment processing fees
- Support services, $100 per hour
How do I downgrade or cancel?
New accounts have a minimum three-month commitment. Monthly plans can be cancelled up to 30 days before renewal. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but can be cancelled up to 30 days before renewal.
Is a credit card required?
No. The 14-day free trial starts without a credit card on every plan. You add a payment method only when you decide to keep going. Startup pricing is agreed with you before anything is charged.
How do I upgrade?
Upgrade at any time from your account settings in the app.
