What syncs

Customers, invoices, payments and hours

Send an invoice in Plannit and it appears in your accounting system. Take a payment and it's matched. Add a customer once. Sync employee timesheets and payroll starts from real hours, not a text message.

Plannit Pay

Paid in the app, posted to the books

  • Card-present and online payments
  • Bank transfers at a lower rate
  • Every transaction in your reports

Card or bank transfer, on site or from the invoice link. Because the payment happens inside Plannit, it reaches your accounting system already matched to its invoice. Customers get more ways to pay; you get fewer things to reconcile.

A week of books

Nobody types anything twice

One invoice, one payment, one payroll run, and what your accountant finds on Friday.

Tip Connect the accounting system before your first invoice and the history is clean from day one.
  1. Monday
    Invoice sent from the field

It posts to QuickBooks, Sage or Acomba the same day, against the right customer.

  2. Tuesday
    Paid by bank transfer

Matched to the invoice automatically. The status is "paid" in both systems.

  3. Thursday
    Timesheets closed

Hours recorded by the app sync for payroll. No Sunday-night text asking who worked when.

  4. Friday
    The accountant logs in

Sales, payments and receivables are current. The questions stop.

“Better management of our teams. They have every relevant detail about the customer and the work to be done. No more paper documents.”
