The things people ask before signing up
Can I use the free version indefinitely?
Yes. The free version can be used for as long as you’d like. We’ll never force you to upgrade and pay to keep using Plannit.
Are there hidden fees?
Plannit has a NO HIDDEN FEES policy. The only optional extras are:
- Additional users — $10 per user per month
- Two-way text messaging — $25 per month, including 250 SMS
- Online payment processing fees
- Support services — $100 per hour
How do I downgrade or cancel?
New accounts have a minimum three-month commitment. Monthly plans can be cancelled up to 30 days before renewal. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but can be cancelled up to 30 days before renewal.
Is a credit card required?
A credit card is not required to sign up and create your account on the Free version. Paid plan trials do require a card, and you won’t be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
How do I upgrade?
You can upgrade your plan at any time you’d like via your account settings in the app.
